LOSE 3 POUNDS IN THIRTEEN DAYS

Joggling a career, school and motherhood all at once can be challenging at times. Often, some 'me' time is impossible. Many times it is a hustle and bustle and other things in life that are of utmost importance are given less time and attention such as proper dieting, exercise and sufficient rest. A lack of these activities can result in poor health conditions, unwanted weight gain and stress.

For the most part, I am guilty of not taking some time to eat right and exercise so to get the ball rolling, it is my personal goal to practice a healthier lifestyle. It is my wish to lose a few pounds in the process as well as share what I intend to practice with you both for feedback as well as for learning tips in case you are ever in a situation like this.

An addiction for snacks and sweet, it is usually a must have at some point of the day. Too much of this however is one sure way of gaining weight.So, in place of snacks, I have opted to have a yogurt or fruit instead.
